Hey blog, so today I will be talking to you about the editing for our music video. Cap cut is going to be our best friend through this process. We will be using Cap cut to edit all of our clips. From what I have seen and heard Cap Cut is one of the best ways to make your video top tier.  I feel that Cap Cut is very beneficial to editing videos like this. Cap Cut has tons of different templates to choose from. When you use the templates all you have to do select your photos or videos. Then comes the tricky part, figuring out how to edit and cut things. But that's why we have YouTube! I am very excited to start this music video. My team and will be dividing the work up. But we also will be there to help each other out. For the last video I made I was still new to Cap Cut. So I didn't really understand what I was doing. But all it took was a little practice so now I know a little more. Plus I will have my partners. That what they are there for, to help a friend out. I think our music video will turn out really good. I have a good team and we all work well together. And our music video is something simple but fun. Well that is all I am going to talk to you about editing today. BYE!

Hi everybody, my name is Stella Edler and here is a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale Florida. I love the beach so much, I grew up going to the keys and Bahamas, just living in my bathing suit and spending all my time in the sun getting sandy and swimming. But I truly am a country girl at heart. my grandparents live in Arizona so I also grew up riding horses and going mudding and practically living in cowboy boots. A lot of my friends call me a red neck and say that sometimes when I'm talking my country accent comes out. I would say that I am pretty active, I really only play soccer but I enjoy volleyball and going surfing and snorkeling. I really want to get my scuba certification and go swimming with sharks. How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues?     I made a conscious effort to both follow and deviate from accepted conventions in the selected media when developing my project. My music video conventions stayed in the same genre, being R&B, throughout the whole planning and production process. My group and I knew from the beginning that we were going to stay with the artist, SZA, and her style of music. We all really enjoy listening to her songs and the lyrics within each song are easy to build a story upon. Knowing that we were going to use SZA as our song artist, it was not a hard process when editing because none of us got tired of hearing her voice over and over. She is also one of my group members and my favorite artist so we are very familiar with her songs and I know how the music video story could be laid out relating to the lyrics.
