this first paper, it shows the setting and where our movie begins, Alex introduces Noah to the friend group at the beach and Dalilah begins to show an interest. Dalilah explains to her friends how she thinks Noah's attractive while the boys went to play. The girls try to convince Dalilah to make a move but she won’t and gets up to play with the guys. The girls talk to Alex and the group sets the two up. Noah and Dalilah’s montage of dates begins and shows the time they’ve spent together over the summer. The montage continues to this page and ends when Noah has a final, wholesome conversation with Dalilah. Noah hands Dalilah the handwritten note while they’re having their talk and makes sure to tell her to open it the next morning. They share a kiss goodnight and she gets home, putting the note on her nightstand. As she wakes up, she grabs the note from the night before and begins to read. Her heart dropped.

Planning Blog: Title Design

Hey everyone The opening credits the film will be written into the sand and then it will be washed away. The credits will appear on different objects throughout the shots. The credits will also apear in the background of shots. ● Working title: The Sun kissed goodbye  ● The title captures the essences of the bitter sweet goodbye between the two lovers. ● For the title we would write in the sand the working title. ● The plan is to have the water wash away the title and then the camera steers to the characters in the starting scene. ● The opening titles will show on random objects and whenever characters are on the screens. ● The titles will pop up and disappear as the shot changes. ● The font color will change based on the background. ● The size, font, and color will change based on the object. That's all I have for you today!

Planning Blog: Location, participants, health, schedule

Hello! Welcome back! Today, I'll be going over the information for our final task. Location Our group will be recording at the beach, one of our houses, the park, inside of a car, and little shops around areas like ice cream stores and such. These places such as the beach are perfect because our movie timeline takes place during the summer in Florida where many people's activities during the season are based around the beaches and pools. That would tie into places like the little shops since many like to go get ice cream or go into stores along the beach to get souvenirs and more. We chose the park since it would portray the idea of "going out on small dates/ hanging out", same with rides in the car. We aren't exactly sure if we'll use some other places to film yet due to the distance and schedule. Participants as of right now: Actors: Dalilah Cardoza (The main character playing the girl in the relationship) Noah Barron (The main character playing the boy

Title research: watch the titles

The way that the theme and genre is portrayed, and how the plot unfolds, is greatly affected by the title design of the final job product. We looked at the website Watch the Titles to gain a solid understanding and inspiration for our title design. The website offers opening scenes from films that have different budgets, which is helpful in knowing how the final product looks depending on the amount of money and the creativity of the props. We found during our research that there is a student projects option, which demonstrates how creative we can be when choosing fonts and colors for our title. We are able to understand how our title should be created depending on our genre by using this website, which is quite helpful. Also, the website lists various designers along with their title design aesthetic selections. The fact that the entire movie was not available for viewing, only the opening scenes were, proved to be helpful in the study process. This was helpful because it made it easi
